Project Requirement and Scope AnalysisThis is where we interact with you the most. In this stage, we collect every finer detail related to the project so as to ensure that we are in the same page as yours and the core vision is shared with the MindsArray Team. The entire exercise is aimed to identify the key objectives and major challenges. Finally we start preparing the broad level blue print of the final product and its roadmap. Wireframes, User Flow diagrams and behavioural charts will be the actual outcome of this stage, so as to nail down the final vision as precise as possible. -
User Interface developmentThis stage focus completely on the Visual-look of the project. UI Experts comes into the picture to ensure that the user interface is synchronised with the users comfort and the final vision of the product. Finally once mock-ups are verified by you and the sample users, it moves to the final finishing and the actual graphic treatment for aesthetically appealing web interface.
End of this stage will fetch screen (Mock-Ups) which are usable, easily accessible and in sync with the final product vision. -
Application DevelopmentWhile the designs are under final implementation for richer GUI, Our Developer start working on the framework of the application like building the database design, framework and technologies to be used. Our team also starts building the UI functional components using AJAX, JAVASCRIPT libraries and beyond. Once both front-end and backend tech components are ready to join hands, the final finished UI comes in to complete the whole product. Guess what! The final product is ready for its first release. This release goes for quality guys to test its water. -
Quality Analysis and ImprovementsThe mean guys are all here. In this stage, quality team becomes really rigorous with the released product and ensure that all the issues/bugs are tested and reported back to the development team. The development team works back-n-forth with the QA team and finally come up with a product which is completely bug-free, as per the final vision and ready to launch. -
Real User feedbacks and Post production EnhancementsMindsArray Team doesn’t wash hands after launch, they continue working with the product even after the successful launch to collect the real user feedback, improvements for later releases. We understand completely that the post production tweaks are always there. We provide methods to measure various factors related to the user behaviour and patterns, so that you can analyze and decide the future roadmap of the product.
